Chief Charles W. Williams: The Chief began his police career in the New York City Housing Authority Police Department in 1985, transferred to the Town of Cornwall P.D. in 1988 and then to the Village in 1991. The Chief was promoted to Sergeant in 1995 and then to Chief in 2001. Click here for a "Message from the Chief"

 

 

P.O. Louis DiMiceli: "Officer Lou" started his police career in 1982, transferring from the Town of Cornwall PD to the Village in 1994. Along with normal patrol duties, Lou is the Village D.A.R.E. Instructor, teaching D.A.R.E. since 1997.  Lou has retired from D.A.R.E. effective 2005 but continues to assist P.O. Nye as she learns from Officer Lou.

P.O. Art Terwilliger: Art joined the Village PD as a part time officer in 2000 and was recently appointed full time in 2001. Art is a member of the bike unit and also employed by the Town of Marlborough P. D.

P.O. Sean Kelly: Sean joined the Village P.D. in 1998 and is the department's K9 officer. Sean and Jasso were a part of the COPS Grant and continues to be a valuable asset to the Village and neighboring P.D.'s

P.O. Jill Nye: Jill was recently sponsored to the Orange County Police Academy, graduating in March 2001. Jill is active in the community and is employed full time by the Town of New Windsor as an emergency dispatcher. Jill has taken over as the D.A.R.E. Instructor and can be reached via email at dare@cornwall-on-hudson.org.

P.O. Patricia Willard: Pat has been a member of the Village P.D. since 1983. Pat is employed full time by the Newburgh Enlarged School District. Her background in education has been a valuable asset to the Village P.D.

P.O. Keith Lipsey: Keith has joined the Village P.D. as one of our part time officers.  Keith is presently employed full time by the Village of Washingtonville P.D.  Keith brings many years of experience and is a certified D.A.R.E. Instructor.

P.O. George Patsalos: George is a 2005 graduate of the Dutchess County Police Academy and is presently in Field Training.  We fully expect George to continue to do well and become an asset to the Village P.D.

P.O. Steven Bailey:  Steven most recently worked in the Town of Highlands P.D. and is a welcome addition to our force.  Steven is employed full time by a major retail chain.

Sgt. Christopher Park: Chris started his police career in 1989, in Upstate NY, coming to the Village in 1994. Besides a full-time officer, Chris is a certified police instructor and teaches at the Orange County Police Academy, as well as conducting in service training.  Chris was promoted to Detective in 2002 and was promoted to provisional Sgt. on December 19, 2005.  Sgt. P.O. John Antinori: John started his police career in 1982 and joined the Village in 1998, transferring from the Town of Cornwall P.D. John is employed by the Newburgh Enlarged School District full time.

P.O. Charles Hofmann: Charlie joined the Village P.D. in 1990 and is also a member of the Town of Marlborough P.D. Charlie owns his own business located in the City of Newburgh.

P.O. Mike Lug: Mike joined the Village in 1989 and is a certified instructor in numerous subjects, teaching at the Orange County Police Academy. Mike is a full time schoolteacher and also works for the Town of Marlborough P.D.

P.O. Charles Obremski: Charlie has been a member of the Village P.D. for over 21 years. Along with the occasional shift, Charlie assists with parades and special events.

P.O. Drew Richman: Drew joined the Village in 1990. Drew is a medical doctor with a practice in Newburgh.

P.O. Seth Armstrong:  Seth is a 2004 graduate of the Orange County Police Academy and a recent addition to the Village P.D.  Seth is employed full time by the Town of Highlands as the Building Inspector.

P.O. Frank Cirigliano:  Frank is our most recent hire and is also a full time officer in Washingtoville.
