NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York on Thursday, January 14th at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard on said date, at the Village Hall, located at 325 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, 12520 regarding an application by William and Stacey Patterson, both as owners/applicants, for variances from and §172-14.1(c)(4) of the Village Zoning Code (the “Code”) to allow the proposed construction within the steep slope buffer when the Code requires a 75’ buffer zone. The property is situated at Section 105, Block 9, Lot 7 in the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, said lot also being known as 25 Grandview Avenue. The property is located in the SR (Suburban Residential)/CR-1 (Conservation Residential) Zoning District.
Due to public health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the ZBA will NOT be meeting in person. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and subsequent orders extending and modifying the same, the January 14, 2021 public hearing will be held remotely via video conferencing and telephone conference call. A transcript will be available at a later date. The public WILL have the opportunity to hear the meeting live and provide comments at the same time.
