NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson will hold a public hearing on July 20, 2021 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Village Hall, 325 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York 12520, to consider the application submitted by the Goldfarb Family Trust pursuant to Village Code Chapter 139 to approve a two-lot subdivision.
The subject property is located at 152 Duncan Avenue, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York and is known as Tax Map Section 113, Block 1, Lot 1.4. The property is located within the Suburban Residential (SR) Zoning District.
The application materials and plans may be inspected at the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson Department of Public Works Office, 50 Shore Road, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, during normal business hours.
