Public Hearing on application by Susan Eichelberg Glendening as property owner,
for variances from §172-39(D) of the Village Zoning Code (the “Code”) to allow for the
construction of a fence/ gate that is twelve (12) feet at its highest point when the Code
provides that fences shall not exceed a height of six and one half (6 ½) feet.
The property is situated at Section 103, Block 1, Lots 7, 10.2 and 15.2 in the
Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, said lot also being known as 1-3 Riverbank Lane. The
property is located in the CR-1 (Conservation Residential) Zoning District.
