- Pre-application Meeting – 261 Shore Road Residential Development
Applicant/owner is seeking to subdivide the 20 acre lot into 20 to 22 lots for detached single-family dwellings. Access to the new lots shall be provided with a ±1500 ft street with a cul-de-sac. The project shall be connected to the public water and sewer system.
