Roberto and Toni Minuta- 24 Church St-THIS ITEM IS TABLED UNTIL JULY-- Roberto and Toni Marie Minuta as owners and applicants, seeking variances from Section 172-54.C of the Village’s Zoning Code and Section 139-17.C(1) and 139-17.D of the Village’s Subdivision Regulations to allow access to a public street from a private right-of-way in accordance with New York State Village Law Section 7-736. The applicant is proposing to construct one additional single-family home on the subject land proposed to be subdivided.
