Raymond and Susan Kurtulik- 81 Weeks Avenue Applicant is requesting variances from §172-8.C(1) of the Village’s Zoning Code to allow for the construction of an addition to a home with: (1) a 8.5 feet side yard setback on one side when the Code requires a side yard setback of 15 feet, and (2) a rear yard setback of 15.6 feet when the Code requires a 30 foot rear yard setback.
