Village Folks:
So, the Mid-Hudson Region will enter Phase 2 as of Tuesday, June 9. Phase 2 includes: outdoor and take-out/delivery food services; hair salons/barbershops; offices; real estate; essential and in-store retail; vehicle sales/lease/rental; retail rental, repair and cleaning; and commercial building management.
The Village Water Department mailed its Annual Water Quality Report this week. It covers 2019. If you didn’t receive your copy or have questions about the report, please contact Mike Trainor, Water Superintendent, at 534-4200 x318 or email [email protected].
The Cornwall school district and the Cornwall library will conduct elections on Tuesday, June 9. School District and Cornwall Library ballots must be received by 5 p.m. by the District Clerk. They may be mailed or delivered to the school district’s administration building (the former library building) at 4 Idlewild Avenue, Cornwall-on-Hudson.
Storm King School will hold a virtual commencement tomorrow, June 6. All the best to the graduates!
The Village Board is waiting for guidance from the New York State Department of Health regarding summer camps. So, we still don’t know whether we can proceed with the Village’s Summer Recreation Program.
